Spencer & Kathy Jones

Founders

Pastor Spencer Jones and his wife Kathy are full time Nationally Appointed Home Missionaries. Spencer Jones was born and raised in Popular Bluff, Missouri. He graduated from Central Bible College located in Springfield, Missouri.

Spencer founded the National Black Fellowship of the Assemblies of God, Pastored for more than 40 years in Chicago, served on Evangel University's Board of Directors, and also served a 4 year as a Executive Presbyter of the Assemblies of God.

Currently, Spencer recruits minority pastors and help them plant churches. He volunteers at Chicago Public Schools in disadvantaged neighborhoods. With a love for the city, he also works closely with the Chicago Police Department through a community and police program Beat 612.

Kathy A.E. Jones

Pastor Kathy Jones is a native of Chicago. She is also a professional Speaker, Teacher, Singer, Counselor, Artist Coach, Author, Play Writer, and Gospel Radio Announcer.  Kathy founded and directed Family Enrichment Counseling Center a non profit located in the inner city of Chicago. She also founded KAE DJ Gospel Heritage Charity where she is the Executive Director.

Accomplishments: Kathy received her Masters of Education in Guidance Counseling from Chicago State University, she has an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Certificate from IADAPACA, has volunteered in the Chicago Cook County Prison as a Chaplin and Interpreters Church services for the Deaf and Hearing Impaired. She is a recipient of the Parkway Community House Board of Director's Outstanding Afro American Business Women's Award and is an Ordained Minister of the Gospel.
